Cancellation Policy
- Notice Requirement: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with fifteen (15) days' written notice prior to your next scheduled billing date.
- Final Billing: If notice is provided less than 15 days before the next billing cycle, one final payment will be processed, and the student may attend sessions through the end of that paid period.
Refund Policy
- Enrollment Fee: The $125 annual enrollment fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the costs of the initial CEFR + ACTFL placement assessment and administrative setup.
- Tuition: Once a monthly subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
- Absences: As your tuition secures a dedicated seat with a licensed educator, no refunds or credits are issued for student absences, technical issues on the student's end, or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice).
- The "Fit Guarantee": If you feel the assigned educator is not a productive match after the first session, we do not offer a refund, but we will provide a complimentary rematch with a different licensed educator.
