Cancellation & Attendance Policy

1. Debate & Communication

• Debate & Communication is an ongoing monthly group program.
• To withdraw, a parent or guardian must send written notice to ELEVATE. The exact effective date and final billing are governed by the family’s signed enrollment agreement and applicable law.
• The $125 annual enrollment fee is separate from monthly tuition and renews on the student’s enrollment anniversary while enrolled.
• Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or individually made up, unless ELEVATE expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

2. AP French & Spanish Exam Prep

• AP Prep is a seasonal group program running from February through the end of April.
• Once a cohort and schedule are confirmed and the family accepts or continues into that confirmed cohort, AP Prep is a full-season commitment and is not cancellable month-to-month.
• Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or individually made up, unless ELEVATE expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
• The $125 AP enrollment fee is separate from tuition and is not annual.
• Before confirmed cohort placement, treatment of the enrollment fee, refunds, or a schedule mismatch is governed by the signed enrollment agreement and applicable law.

3. ELEVATE Changes

If ELEVATE cancels or materially changes a confirmed program, ELEVATE will communicate available options directly. Any required treatment is governed by the signed enrollment agreement and applicable law.
