Terms of Service
1. About ELEVATE
Elevate Language Lab LLC provides live online French and Spanish educational programs, including ELEVATE Debate & Communication and AP French & Spanish Exam Prep.
2. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Enrollment for a minor must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Families must provide accurate information, including contact details, school, teacher, language background, availability, and other information requested for enrollment and matching.
3. Program Placement and Cohorts
Group placement may depend on target language, schedule, readiness and program fit, school or current-teacher conflict rules, teacher availability, and enrollment demand. Submission of Step 1 alone does not guarantee immediate placement in a particular cohort or schedule.
4. Current Program Fees
- Debate & Communication: $249 per student/month plus a $125 annual enrollment fee per student. The annual fee renews on the student’s enrollment anniversary while enrolled.
- AP Exam Prep: Small Group $325/month and Duo $425/month for February, March, and April, plus a separate $125 AP enrollment fee. The AP enrollment fee is not annual.
The signed enrollment agreement or payment authorization may contain additional billing details and controls where it provides more specific terms, subject to applicable law.
5. AP Pre-Enrollment and Waitlist
AP pre-enrollment opens November 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM Mountain Time. Families complete Step 1, then Step 2. After Step 2 is completed and the $125 AP enrollment fee is received, the student joins the AP cohort waitlist. Priority is based on the fee receipt date. Final cohort placement and schedule depend on language, format, teacher availability, student availability, and enrollment demand.
Before confirmed placement, enrollment fee and refund treatment are governed by the signed enrollment agreement and applicable law.
6. Attendance and Group Sessions
Because these are group programs, a missed student session does not stop the group. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or individually made up unless ELEVATE expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Cancellation and Withdrawal
See the Cancellation & Attendance Policy and your signed enrollment agreement. Program rules differ between ongoing Debate & Communication and seasonal AP Exam Prep.
8. Technology
Families are responsible for a compatible device, stable internet connection, audio, and a camera or microphone as reasonably needed for online participation.
9. School and Teacher Conflict Policy
ELEVATE collects school district, school, grade, and current French or Spanish teacher information to support appropriate teacher and student matching. ELEVATE may decline or change an assignment to avoid a current-school teacher and student conflict under ELEVATE policy.
10. AP Independence and Results
ELEVATE Language Lab is an independent language education provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board or the AP Program. ELEVATE does not guarantee a particular AP score or exam outcome.
11. Intellectual Property
ELEVATE curriculum and materials are owned or licensed by ELEVATE and are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or public posting requires written permission from ELEVATE.
