Complete the onboarding form received by email within seven calendar days. Review and sign the Parent Agreement and securely save a payment method. The non-refundable $125 annual Enrollment & Placement Fee per student is charged after these steps are completed.
We review each student's goals, language background, level, scheduling needs, communication style, and group compatibility to determine an appropriate placement.
Live online lessons and monthly tuition begin only after the parent or guardian accepts the student's placement, schedule, monthly tuition amount, start date, and first billing date in writing.
Start dates may vary depending on educator and group availability. Our goal is intentional placement, not random assignment.
